ARISTX includes comprehensive infrastructure protection cover across managed properties. Boiler breakdowns, central heating faults, plumbing issues, electrical faults, gas supply, and drains — all covered as standard. No call-out charges, no repair invoices. Most landlords spend £1,000s a year on exactly these issues. With ARISTX, it’s included in our management fee.
Tenant sourcing and full referencing is charged separately at a fixed fee of £499 + VAT per vacancy. This covers advertising, viewings, full referencing, right-to-rent checks, and tenancy agreement preparation.
Once your tenant is in place, everything else is covered under your 14% management fee — no further charges.
