Lee Cross

Lee is Co-Founder of ARISTX, Co-Founder of Cross & Co. Properties — a residential property investment company spanning England and Wales — and Co-Founder of CoVAULT Real Estate Consultancy, a Dubai-based advisory firm working with high-net-worth investors on international property structuring.

With over two decades of hands-on experience acquiring and fully refurbishing properties from single buy-to-lets through to multi-unit apartment buildings, he co-built ARISTX as the agency he wished had existed when he was scaling and managing his own portfolio. A qualified electrician and BEng (Hons) graduate, every decision at ARISTX is shaped by real investment experience, not theory.

Chanelle is Co-Founder of ARISTX and Founder of ARISTX Capital, and was previously Founder of Mayfair Mortgage Co, an FCA-regulated mortgage brokerage. She leads ARISTX CAPITAL — connecting property investors with trusted, FCA-regulated mortgage partners across buy-to-let, bridging, and portfolio finance.

With deep expertise in specialist property finance and a strategic, investor-focused approach, Chanelle brings a rare combination of operational leadership and financial insight to every client relationship.
